Job Brief:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Director. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Sales Director responsibilities include developing key growth sales stratagies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. Sales Director duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships and understanding customer trends.
Job Description:
1. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within GM assigned
territory and accounts

2. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve
sales targets and expand our customer base
制定并执行战略计划以实现销售目标并扩大我们的客户群
3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting
customer relationships

4. Partner with customers to understand their
business needs and objectives

5. Effectively communicate the value proposition
through proposals and presentations

6. Understand category-specific landscapes and
trends

7. Reporting on forces that shift tactical
budgets and strategic direction of accounts

8. Leading and managing the sales team and
reporting to General Manager.

9. Overall project managements and follow ups,
report directly to General Manager.

Requirements:
Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.
Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager, marketing director or project manager.
Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
Proven ability to monitor products and services from NPI to EOL.
Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspect of products and services.
Proven ability to position products against competitors.
Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS equivalent degree or above.
